Cordelia Community Park – 1300 Gold Hill Rd, Fairfield, CA

Join us for FIT4Mom Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre classes at the scenic Cordelia Community Park!

All classes start near the large covered table area, located next to the top parking lot and adjacent to the kids' playground. Follow the signs leading to the playground for easy access.

During the workout, children remain safely in their strollers while Mamas engage them with fun songs, games, and new vocabulary. After the workout, it’s time for some fun playtime for both the kiddos and Mamas to enjoy together.
